Author Visits
I love visiting schools and libraries to share my passion for storytelling with young readers! I work with children from early years up to Key Stage 1, offering engaging sessions that celebrate stories, community, faith, and multiculturalism.

Author Talks
My interactive author talks are ideal for large groups and include:
 – Readings and discussions centered on my books
 – Conversations about the power of stories and characters
 – Insights into my journey as an independent author
 – Fun activities, games, and a mini workshop on “How to Write Your First Story”

Creative Writing Workshops
For smaller groups (around 20–30 students), I offer hands-on workshops focused on idea generation and story creation. Students will explore the writing process through a variety of engaging tasks designed to inspire their imaginations and boost their confidence as young writers.

I’m based in Surrey and happy to travel to schools and libraries with access to the London Underground. Visits outside of London are possible too, please get in touch to check my availability.

    Tolworth Library

We were a full house at Tolworth Community Library, Surbiton, for the reading of Zainab’s Little Rabbit. It was so lovely to see parents and little readers from different backgrounds. The little readers enjoyed the crafts put on by the Tolworth Community Library team.

We met a parent of Russian background, she explained that her daughter made a crescent moon and star decoration for her ‘Babushka’ (grandmother) who is Muslim. What a kind little reader and what a diverse community. Thank you to Cecilia, Anna & Ed for having us.
