We believe it is necessary to shine a positive light on Islam by telling positive stories. It’s our mission to inspire children’s imaginations and to share stories of Islamic values and our multicultural society. Islamic values are universal to all, so anyone can pick up a book and read stories about You & Me.

About the Author & Founder

Nadia Rehman is the Founder and Managing Director of You & Me Publishing™, an independent publishing house and an expert Marketing & Communications. Nadia is passionate about inspiring children’s imaginations and promoting multiculturalism through literature. Nadia is also the author of the book 'Zainab's Little Rabbit', which reflects her commitment to sharing stories based on Islamic values and cultural representation.
With a background in Marketing & Communications, Nadia transitioned into the world of writing and publishing after the birth of her daughter during the COVID-19 pandemic. Nadia recognised that the books she read to her daughter lacked representation of her faith and culture, and so Nadia founded You & Me Publishing™ to create inclusive literature for children of all backgrounds. Growing up in a multicultural environment in West London, Nadia is dedicated to telling stories that celebrate Islamic values, which she believes are universal and resonate with all readers.
